Progress and preferences live in this browser's local storage and are never sent anywhere. Even with every question answered, progress takes roughly 125 KB.
Back up and restore
A backup file holds your progress and preferences. Use it to move to another device or browser, or to keep a copy in case browser data is cleared.
Restoring replaces the progress for each pool in the file, and your preferences.
Offline and app
After your first visit, study, practice exams, tools, the band chart and the reference work offline. Guides and topic pages are saved as you open them.
To install, use your browser’s Install or Add to Home Screen option. On iPhone and iPad this also matters for your progress: Safari can clear a website’s stored data after seven days without a visit, while installed home screen apps are tracked separately. WebKit storage policy
